Everyone has a special bottle of wine or champagne hidden away, and everyone wants to know the date of the next Open That Bottle Night so they can open those bottles of wine and champagne and enjoy the contents as it was meant to be enjoyed. Origin of Open That Bottle Night

The founders of Open That Bottle Night  are Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher of the Wall St. Journal (wine@wsj.com). The event was first celebrated in the year 2000, and the practice has continued every year since then.
